at cowbell kitchen, we take "local" seriously. our dedication to using only the finest ingredients from the very best farmers and purveyors results in some truly delcious local and seasonal desserts. we have close relationships with our providers, many of whom we have worked side by side with at the farmers markets over the years. this cohesive relationship allows us to get the freshest ingredients available, which in turn provides you with the very best quality and taste. simply put, we don't skimp when it comes to taste and it shows.
